Yes, we are happy to accept walk-ins! You are welcome to come in at any time during our normal operating hours. Please understand that there are varying wait times for walk-ins depending on other customers who may be there before you. If you prefer not to wait, then please call ahead to book your helicopter tour at either of our locations in Orlando or Kissimmee.

At Orlando Heli-Tours, we pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of safety and community awareness, which is why we fly at 1,000 feet above sea level. This altitude helps to keep our noise level down for the local residents, and provides you with an incomparable view!

Unfortunately, the online discounts apply only to pre-payments made online. You are welcome to call and schedule your helicopter tour at the non-discounted rates and pay at the time of the flight.

Yes, you are welcome to either reschedule or request a refund for your helicopter tour. We understand that sometimes life doesn’t go as planned. If you find yourself dealing with an emergency, then you will be given the option to reschedule. If we cannot find a better time that fits your schedule, then we will give you a full refund.

Of course! You can purchase one of our picture packages of your party to take home with you, or you may opt to have the pictures emailed, which is our best value. Orlando Heli-Tours offers a wide variety of T-shirts and other souvenirs available for purchase.

There is no minimum age limit! We love taking all ages from babies to those celebrating their 100th birthday! Children under 2 years of age may ride for free.

All aircraft have weight restrictions and our helicopters are no exception. If you book your flight on one of our R44 helicopters, the per-seat limit is 300 lbs, with a combined passenger weight limit of 600 lbs. If you book your flight on our R66 helicopter, the per-seat limit is 300 lbs, with the overall weight limit at 800 lbs.

Yes, you are more than welcome to take your own pictures while on your tour! We ask that no selfie sticks or similar devices be used during your flight for safety purposes. Also, all photography must be done while inside the helicopter.

Congratulations! We wish you nothing but happiness! You are welcome to bring champagne to the location, but we can not allow it on the helicopters. If you wish to keep it hidden, then feel free to bring it ahead of your scheduled tour time. We have seating areas where you can partake in celebration festivities after you pop the question.

If you book online, then be sure to bring the voucher, the credit card you used, and a valid photo ID when you arrive. We recommend that you bring cameras or video cameras. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
